Returns
Return Policy:
- Items should be in the original packaging will be returned.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Once approved, you have 7 days to return the product.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
1. REGISTER
Select the items you wish to return and register them within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. PACKING
Pack your items. Don't forget to remove or cover the old shipping label. After your return is approved, we'll send you a return label to return the product.
3. SENDING
Return the package to a PostNL location. Keep the receipt until we have processed the return.
4. REFUND
After receiving your return, we will inspect the products for any damage and/or signs of wear. If everything is in order, we will refund the purchase price (excluding the €7.25 return shipping fee) within 7 business days via the original payment method.
NB: Pack the item carefully and, if reasonably possible, in the original packaging. Ensure the package is securely wrapped and sealed. You are legally obligated to handle the product with care to prevent damage. ProductPlanet reserves the right to claim damages from you for products caused by inadequate packaging.
